Growing Methods

Our vineyards are on slopes of a 20 to 38% gradient, meaning that practically no mechanical equipment can be used, throughout the year as for the harvest.

We have been using integrated vinegrowing techniques for 5 years now.
This means that we avoid using systematic treatments that are sometimes pointless and do not always respect the environment.
